What are chakra's & what do they do?
Chakras are the energy centre of the body, spots where our nerves are bundled & our hormones produce & release
we have over 100 chakras but we tend to focus on the 7 in particular that lie in the centre line of the body,
in order for the mind, body, spirit to be whole (open & balanced)
a mental/emotional issue can cause a physical issue & vise versa.
your mind body & spirit can't work without each other!
they are all linked & intertwined. its all about balance
the best way to balance our charkas is to use colour & meditation
colour is made from light, light is an energy produced from the sun.
therefore colour is a form of energy & each chakra has its own light frequency (colour)
while taking deep breaths in & out, focus on each chakra one at a time,
picture in your mind the area on the body & the corrisponding colour.
visualise the colour surrounding your body & the energy of the crystal sinking into each chakra.
say out loud or in your mind the matching mantra (repeated word or phrase)
then move to the next chakra, always work from bottom to top
unless your working on just one chakra thats out of balance.
